1 #Italian pork sausage
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 boxes (6 oz) long-grain and wild-rice mix with seasoning
3 1/2 C water
1 C loosely packed fresh parsley, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage using a fork to crumble it. Add celery and onion to sausage and cook until vegetables are soft, stirring often. Stir in rice mix with seasoning packets and water; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 25-30 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
