1/2 lb shrimp (diced)
1/2 lb white fish (diced) (*tilapia is good)
lime juice
beer
1 green pepper (seeded & diced)
1 red bell pepper (seeded & diced)
1 white onion (chopped)
salt & pepper
cucumbers (peeled & seeded)
ketchup
hot sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cover shrimp & white fish with enough lime juice to fill the bowl 3/4 way. Add 1 bottle of beer to fill the bowl. Let stand overnight. Remove 1/4 liquid mixture.
Add bell peppers, onions and cucumbers and cilantro (optional). Add just enough ketchup to tint the liquid.
Serve with tostada or tortilla chips.
