1/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 lemon, juice and grated rind
3 eggs

Directions:
Cream butter & sugar, add beaten egg yolks, find and juice of lemon. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375º for 30-40 minutes.
