2 lb Ground Chuck
1 cup Milk
1 cup bread crumbs
Salt & Pepper

Combine all and place in a 9 x 13 glass pan. Set in Refrigerator overnight.

Next day, cut meat into small slices, dip in flour and brown on all sides. Return to clean 9 x 13 dish. Mix 2 cans cream Mushroom Soup, 1 can of Milk and a little sour cream. Pour over meat and cook 1 hour at 325º.
