4- 20oz cans Pineapple Chunks (save juice)
1 Cup sugar
12 tbsp flour
4 cups shredded sharp cheese
2 stick butter - melted
Crushed Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Drain your pineapple chuncks saving the juice and pour into 9x12 pan.
Take 12 tbsp of pineapple juice and mix with sugar, melted butter and flour. Whisk until smooth.
Mix the pineapple chunks with the shredded cheese. Pour the juice mixture over the pineapple/cheese.
Sprinkle the crushed ritz crackers on top and bake at 350º for appx 20-25 minutes.
