10 lb. Brisket
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 (16 oz.) cans whole cranberries
2 envelopes onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in large roasting pan. Mix all the other ingredients and pour over brisket. Bake at 350º, covered, for 3-4 hours. Better to overcook. It is ready when a fork goes in easily. Let cool, then place in refrigerator. The next day, skim fat and slice. Reheat in gravy.
