2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 med. onion finely chopped
1 28oz. can diced tomatoes w/chilies
1 15oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 15oz. can pinto beans rinsed & drained
1 11oz. can Green Giant Mexi-corn
1 envelope taco seasoning mix

TOPPINGS:
shredded cheese
corn chips
sour cream
green onions
sliced ripe olives


Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan brown beef and onion. Drain off excess grease. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and then reduce and let simmer for 10 to 20 minutes.

* if you cannot find diced tomatoes with chilies, add some from a small jar of diced green chilies.

To serve, place corn chips in bottom of bowl, add a ladle of soup, top with shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced ripe olives, and chopped green onions or any combination thereof.
