1 pot roast thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic
2 large onions thinly sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp thyme
salt and pepper to taste
bay leaf
3 thick slices of bread
mustard
2 bottles of beer

Directions:
Directions:
Saute thinly sliced pot roast in olive oil, then remove, add garlic and brown then remove. Then add onions and brown sugar and carmelize until browned. Put meat back in pan with onions and garlic. Add bay leaf, thyme, and salt and pepper. Spread mustard on bread slices and put on top of meat mustard side down. Pour 1 1/2 bottles of beer over the top.. Cover and cook for 2 1/2 -3 hours on low. Rub bread into juice to thicken
