CAKE:
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

ICING:
1 8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 stick softened butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients together by hand and pour into a greased & floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes. Frost immediately.

ICING:
Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Spread over cake.
