1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Broiler or grill
Combine all the ingredients and rub all over pork. Broil or grill 3 inches from heat. Turn once and cook for 15-20 minutes. Slice and serve
