1 1/2 cups crabmeat, 1 tbsp chopped celery, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley, 2 tbsp sherry, 2 eggs, 1 tsp nutmeg, salt and 1/4 pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crabmeat, celery, onion,and sherry and refridge for 1 hour. In a partly pie crust sprinkle the inside with the crabmeat mixture. Combine eggs cream nutmeg. salt and pepper over the mixture in the pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 375º/400º Reduce temp to 350º and bake 10 minutes longer
