3 lb. rump roast
1 can beef broth
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat broth, soy sauce, soup mix and water in microwave. Place roast in slow cooker and pour heated ingredients over roast. Cook on high for 2 hours. Turn down to low for 2 to 3 hours.

Slice meat and serve on sandwich rolls that have been split and toasted in the oven. Dip sandwich in Au Jus from Crock Pot.
