1/4 cup butter
4 cups confection's sugar
2 unbeaten egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 to 2 teaspoons light cream
Assorted colors

Directions:
In mixing bowl, cut butter into sugar until it resembles corn meal. Add egg whites, vanilla extract, and cream of tartar. Beat thoroughly. Stir in enough cream to make proper consistency to pipe through a pastry tube
