42 oz. oatmeal
2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
2 cups walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 ½ cups sunflower seeds
1 ½ cups wheat germ
½ cup sesame seed
1 cup honey
1 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar




Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Cook honey, oil and brown sugar to boiling point and then add to dry ingredients above. Put mixture in 2 large flat pans and bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every so often. Add 2 cups raisins, if desired, in the last 20 minutes of baking. Bake until granola is golden brown.
