7 cups thinly sliced potatoes (about 4 large)
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
2 Tbsp butter
2 Cups grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced potatoes in bowl of cold water. Before using, drain and dry thoroughly on paper towel. In 2 1/2 quart casserole, alternate 3 layers of potatoes with grated cheese, salt and pepper. Top with remaining cheese and dot with butter. beat eggs with milk. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender
