2 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 c. olive oil
2 shallots chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped (1 1/2 tsp. dried)

4 - 1 inch thick swordfish steaks

Directions:
Directions:
Place swordfish in a 13x9 in baking dish, or whatever size will fit the amount of fish you purchase.

Combine first 5 ingredients, mix well. Pour over swordfish making sure both sides are coated well. Let this marinate for at least an 1 hr before grilling.

Grill swordfish until done
