2 cups cocoanut
1/2 cup butter
3 cups graham wafer crumbs
1 large pkg. lime jello
2 cups boiling water
1 cup sugar
grated rind & juice of a lemon
1 can chilled evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly brown cocoanut in butter. Mix in graham wafer crumbs. Spread in 9x13" pan. Dissolve jello in boiling water & sugar, grated rind & juice of lemon. Whip chilled evaporated milk til stiff- Pour in jello mixture. Blend. Pour into pan. Finish with rest of crumb mixture. Refrigerate.
