8 eggs
3 3/4 cups whole milk
3 cups all pourpose flour
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp melted sweet butter

Directions:
Directions:
All ingredients should be room temp.
Poppover pans should be preheated with the oven to 425
Wisk eggs
add milk - wisk together
add flour, and salt slowly and wisk together.
Batter will have small lumps - do not over mix
Place batter in fridge for 15 minutes to "rest"
Add warm butter and wisk gently to mix
Take pans from hot oven, spray with "Pam" fill cups three quarters full.
Return to oven
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then lower the temp to 325 nd bake for 25 to 30 minutes more.
