4 to 6 jalapeno chilies (for milder salsa, substitute 2 cans green chilies),
1 medium onion,
2 green onions
2 large ripe tomatoes,
2 cloves garlic,
1/2 cup fresh cilantro,
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 cup olive oil,
1/4 cup red-wine vinegar,
Dash of Worcestershire sauce,
1/2 tsp. salt,
freshly ground black pepper

1. Wearing rubber gloves, cut off the stems of the jalapenos and remove the seeds. Mince and combine in a bowl.

2. Finely chop the onion, green onions, tomatoes, and cilantro and add to the jalapenos.

3. Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate until servings.
