1 pkg. of chicken tenders,
1 egg (beaten),
Italian flavored bread crumbs,
2 cans DelMonte stewed tomatoes

Directions:

1. Dip chicken in egg and bread crumbs. Brown in oil.

2. Add 2 cans of stewed tomatoes. Move chicken around so tomatoes are under and over the pieces to prevent sticking. Cover and cook on stovetop about an hour over low flame.

The original recipe called for chicken breast, but I prefer tenders. The cooking time probably could be reduced for tenders. Since it is on the stovetop, check it periodically so it doesn't stick.
