Salad dressing – make ahead and chill. I double to serve 10.
½ tsp salt,
Dash pepper,
¼ c safflower oil,
1T parsley,
2 T sugar,
2 T rice vinegar,
Dash Tabasco.

Directions:

2-3 heads of romaine
4 green onions, chopped
Can of drained mandarin oranges
Pack of crumbled gorgonzola
1/3 c almonds and 3 tbsp sugar – brown together on stove so you get toasted candied almonds
Mix together and dress.
