1 1/2 - 3 lbs.beef tips or stew meat
oil
Worcestershire Sauce
4-5 medium potatoes, cubed
5-6 carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1Tbsp. dried parsley
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar mushroom gravy
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil and Worcestershire sauce. Add water to cover meat. Add onion. Simmer on medium heat til tender-about 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients and cook til vegetables are tender, 15-30 minutes. Mix gravy and soup together and stir into stew mixture. Heat and serve. Good with hot buttered cornbread.
