3 lbs sausage
3 green bell peppers, chopped
3 onions, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
4 Boxs Lipton Chicken Noodle soup
2 c uncooked rice
2 jars mushroom, drained
2 c slice almonds

Directions:
Directions:
In a large fry pan on the stove, cook sausage and drain. Add pepper, onions, and celery fry until tender 5 min. Boil half the water it calls for on the box. Add soup mix to boiled water. Add rice and mushrooms. Place sausage and rice mixture into 2 (9x 13) casserole dishes top with almonds. Cover with foil. Bake @ 350º for 1 1/2 hours.

Josh called this Rice A Roni and said it was really good. Of course you can half this and make one 9 x 13. It freezes so well - I get 4 foil 9 x9 throw away pans and freeze. Then I give it away to the girls ( or Josh-ha)
