3 Tbsp olive oil
1 minced garlic clove
1-2 baguettes thinly sliced (about 30 slices)
3-4 Tbsp honey mustard
2 4oz packages pre-sliced smoked salmon
3 Tbsp capers, drained
3 Tbsp diced red onion
1 bunch fresh dill, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Whisk olive oil and garlic together, brush each bread slice with mixture. Broil until bread begins to brown. Spread each slice with mustard and top with salmon. Garnish with capers, onion, and dill.
