1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" pieces.

In a medium bowl, mix mustard, honey, ketchup, garlic and Tabasco,
Set aside 1/2 cup of the mixture for dipping.
Stir chicken into sauce to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Preheat broiler. Arrange chicken pieces on broiler pan and broil, turning once and brushing with marinade, until chicken is tender, about 10 minutes.
Serve with reserved dip.
