3 T. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. coarse salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp minced fresh sage
1 1/2 tsp minced fresh savory or thyme
2 cups finely chopped cooked turkey
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 cup flour
1 large egg, beaten
1 1/2 cup panko or bread crumbs
Vegetable oil to pan fry.

Directions:

Melt butter in skillet; add onion, salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring for 3 minutes.
Add sage, savory or thyme; cook 1 more minute.
Transfer to large bowl; cool 15 minutes.
Add potatoes, flour, turkey, more salt and pepper, if desired.
Place bread crumbs in shallow bowl;flatten 2 T. turkey mix into pattie; coat both sides well.
Refrigerate 10 minutes.
Heat oil to medium, coat about 2 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towel.
