Graham Crust
1/2 cup Hard margarine
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup brown sugar packed
Second Layer
8 oz block of cream cheese softened
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Third Layer
1 1/4 cups boiling water
2 boxes of strawberry flavor jelly 3 oz each
1/4 cup sugar
15 oz package of frozen raspberries in syrup thawed
1 tsp lemon juice
Top Layer
2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Combine graham crumbs, margarine and brown sugar mix well and reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Press in bottom of 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes and let cool
Second layer- beat all ingredients together and spread on crust
Third layer-Pour boiling water into separate bowl and add jelly powder and sugar stir till dissolved. Add raspberries with syrup and lemon juice. Stir. Chill, stirring and scraping bowl until it starts to thicken and pour over cream cheese layer.
Top layer- beat all 3 ingredients in small bowl until peaks form and spread overtop and garnish with remaining crumbs.
