1.5 lbs. ground beef or sausage
1 30 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (or homemade)
6 oz. cooked spaghetti
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
garlic powder (to taste)
1 tsp. oregano
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
4 T. butter
1/4 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. canned French Fried Onions

Directions:

Brown hamburger or sausage. Season with spices. Add sauce. Combine 1/2 of mixture with cooked spaghetti. Saute chopped green pepper and onion in butter. Add cream cheese and milk to peppers and onions. Blend together. In a 9 X 13 pan, place spaghetti mixture. Top with cream cheese mixture. Pour remaining meat mixture on top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with the french fried onions and bake 5 minutes more. Can be frozen and reheated.
