1 1/2 lbs. thick fish fillets (your favorite) cut bite size (enough to cover bottom of 9x13 pan)
1 1/4 c milk
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp margarine
1/2 c dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place fish pieces in ungreased 9x13 pan.
Whisk milk into flour in small saucepan until no lumps remain.
Add dill weed, salt & pepper. Heat & stir until boiling & thickened. Pour over fish.
Topping: Melt margarine in small saucepan. Mix in remaining 5 ingredients. Sprinkle over sauce.
Bake uncovered, in 400 degrees oven or about 40 minutes until fish flakes when tested with fork.
