Ingredients:  
5 lbs. potatoes
2 8 oz pkg. of cream cheese
2 eggs
2 sticks of butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cube potatoes.
Cover with water and cook until tender. Drain. While hot add remaining
ingredients.
Beat all together until smooth.
Put into a buttered 13x9x2 in. baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hour or soft crust forms.

Great dish to serve for a crowd. You do not need to have a gravy to serve with this dish.
Can be made up and frozen before baking.
It should be taken out the day before baking.
