1 large angel food cake
1 lg. family size strawberry gelatin
3 c water
1 pkg frozen sliced strawberries
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/2 pt whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare gelatin using only 3 c water. Add strawberries and nuts. Allow to congeal. Cut the cake in half and carefullly hollow out around the center. Spoon the congealed gelatin into the shell and replace the top. Frost all over with Cool Whip. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
