5 egg yolks
3 large pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c sugar
2 T flour
2 lemons (juiced)
1 t vanilla
1 t almond extract
1 c half & half
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together cheese, sugar and flour. add the rest of the ingredients to it. Beat 5 egg yolks until stiff and fold into the mixture. Bake 350º for 40 minutes. Turn oven off and let the cake stay in for another 10 minutes. Open oven door and leave in another 10 minutes. Cool. Chill overnight.
