1 loaf French Bread-cut into 1inch cubes
8 eggs
3 C Milk
4tsp sugar
1tsp Vanilla

Topping:
2 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Put cubed French bread in GREASED 13X9” baking dish
In a large bowl mix together eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla
Pour mixture over bread
Refrigerate overnight if want to make ahead of time
Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking
Dot with butter
Combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top
COVER and bake 45-50 minutes @ 350º
Serve with Maple syrup
