Ingredients:  
1 Pkg diced ham OR 1lb cooked Pork sausage
1 Pkg frozen hash browns
1 Small green pepper (chopped)
¼ onion (chopped)…(instead of buying green pepper and onion you can buy hash browns with peppers & onions)
2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 C Bisquick
3 C Milk
4 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In greased baking dish layer hashbrowns, meat, peppers, and onions
In bowl mix eggs, milk, and Bisquick and pour on top of meat and hash browns
Cover and place in fridge over night
Preheat oven to 350º
Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes
Sprinkle with cheese and cook until cheese is melted
