1 T Margarine
1/3 C Mayonnaise
1/4 C Grated Parmesean Cheese
1/2 t Hot Pepper Sauce
1 Lg Sweet Onion, Finely Chopped
1/2 C Shredded Cheese
1 T Chopped Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt Margarine in a large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly.

Mix mayo, cheeses, parsley and pepper suace in a medium bowl. Stir in onions. Spoon into baking dish.

Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.

Makes 1 cup of dip.

Serve with crackers
