3-4 chicken breast
3 eggs, hard boiled, peeled and diced
1 can cream of celery
1 can cream of mushroom
1 cup chicken stock
mixed vegetables
1 can flakey canned biscuits
1 small onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken, reserve 1 cup of stock, When chicken cools, cut up onto bite size pieces. Place in casserole dish. Add diced eggs and canned or frozen mixed vegetables. Add diced onion, soups, undiluted and chicken stock. Mix well. Split each biscuit in half and layer on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350 until bread is golden brown

This casserole friezes well if you wait to put the bread on top. Just place biscuits on top right before you bake.
