1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion
vegetables
2 cup shredded cheese
1 small package frozen tater tots
slat/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and diced onion. Drain and place in a casserole dish. Add any vegetable you like (if raw, precook). Mix in can of soup. Sprinkle cheese over meat and vegetable mixture. Top with tater tots. Bake at 350º until tater tots are golden brown.

Rinsing the beef removes extra fat and using low sodium soup is also an option. These freeze really well. For busy cooks, make several of these at a time and freeze. On the day you want to cook, simply take from freezer and put in fridge the night before and pop it in the oven when you get home.
