1 lb. Ground Beef / Turkey
1 Package Taco Mix
1 Can (15 oz) Tomato Sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream
3 c. (8 oz package) corkscrew macaroni, cooked and drained
Directions:
Directions:
In large pan, brown beef and drain. Add taco mix, peppers, onion, tomato sauce. Bring to boil.
In separate bowl or pan, stir cooked macaroni, 1 c. of cheese, and sour cream. Pour into 6x10" baking dish.
Top with meat mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1 c. cheese.
Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes.

Top with extra sour cream.
Serve with Garlic Toast and Tossed Salad.
Freezes well.
