Ingredients:  
1 lb. shelled pecans
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 slightly beaten egg white
Directions:
Directions:
Coat pecans with egg whites. Drain and roll in mixture of cinnamon,sugar, and salt.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 30 min.
