2 slices bacon, diced
1 med onion, sliced
3 med potatoes, cut into 1" pieces
2 med carrots, sliced
2 cans (4.5 oz) Chunk Premium Chicken Breast (or cut fresh chicken)
1 can (10 oz) Condensed Cream of Chicken soup
1 Soup can of Water
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh is better)

Directions:

Cook bacon in large pan until crisp; remove and drain on paper towels.
Add onion, and cook until hot.
Add soup, water, potatoes, carrots, oregano. Heat to boil. Cover and cook over low heat 25 minutes.
Add bacon, chicken, parsley. Heat through.

Quick, easy, hearty. Great during the fall & winter.
Good with crackers or cheese bread.
For extra veggie, add 1 can (8 oz) green beans at time of adding chicken.
Great to freeze.
