In a large glass container:

In January:
1 26 oz bottle white rum
1 pound fresh pineapple
1/2 pound sugar

June:
1 pound fresh strawberries (whole or halved)
1 pound raspberries
1/2 pound sugar (to taste)
1/2 bottle rum

July:
1 pound apricots
1/2 pound peaches
1/2 bottle rum

October/November

Add another 26 ounces of rum.

Enjoy in December!
