4 cups chicken stock
2 heads baby bok choy
2 cups sliced mushrooms (500 ml)
1 pkg. (300 gr) frozen pork or shrimp wontons
1 cup bean sprouts (250 ml)
1 carrot, shredded
3 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup cilantro or parsley leaves

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan bring stock and 2 cups water to boil. Cut bok choy lengthwise into quarters and add to stock. Add mushrooms and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add wontons, cook over medium-high heat covered, until wontons float to surface, about 5 minutes. Add bean sprouts, carrots, and green onions and cilantro or parsley.

Did you know that if using oranges in fruit salad, before peeling, cover them with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes. When peeled, the white membrane will come off with the rind?
