3 c. white sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Put this on to boil and while cooking, beat 3 egg whites till stiff. After syrup forms almost hard ball stage in water, pour syrup in egg whites. Pour syrup on spatula to keep from cooking egg whites; starting a little at first till all is used. Then beat till the candy is almost hard, but soft enough to spread on wax paper. Grease wax paper. Pour out candy - spread. Put peanut butter on top. Roll up and slice.
