4 chicken breasts, cooked, cut into bite-size
1 head Chinese (Napa) cabbage, shredded
2 pkg top Roman Oriental noodles, uncooked
10 green onions, chopped

Dressing:
4 T sugar
1 T white pepper
1 c salad oil
2 T salt
7 T rice vinegar
Whisk to mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. (May want to add some crumbled bacon when ready to serve.
Whisk dressing and pour over salad just before serving..
Salad stays fresh for a week without dressing on it.
