3 c. grated zucchini
4 eggs
1 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted oleo
1/2 c. sour cream
1 big onion, chopped
2 T. sugar
1 1/2 c. self-rising buttermilk cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Grease an 8x8x2 inch pan or dish. Combine all ingredients except cornmeal; mix thoroughly. Stir in cornmeal just until blended. Pour in pan or dish and bake 25-30 minutes.
