2 C. Sugar
3 TBL Pumpkin
1/4 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 C. evaporated milk
3/4 C English Walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and cook to soft ball stage the .
first 5 ingredients
Add 1/4 tsp vanilla. Beat with mixer till smooth
Fold in 3/4 C English Walnuts
Pour into a buttered 8" square pan. Cut when cooled.
