2 lbs. ribs or boned pork
soy sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice and water
1 c. sugar
3 chicken bouillon cubes
20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained - keep juice for the liquid
1 green pepper, cut into strips
3 T. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 T. water

Cut ribs into strips and serving size pieces. Rub soy sauce onto both sides of ribs and marinate several hours or overnight. May skip marinate if short on time. For sauce, combine and simmer vinegar, pineapple juice and water, sugar, bouillon, pineapple chunks, and green pepper for 10 minutes. Make a thickening of cornstarch, soy sauce, and water. Add thickening to sauce and cook until all thickens. Brown ribs, pour sauce over them, cover, and bake at 350º for 1 1/2-2 hours.
