3 c. chocolate chips
10 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. butter or margarine
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine chocolate chips, marshmallows, and nuts. Set aside. Blend sugar with milk and softened butter. Cook at a rolling boil for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and pour immediately over chocolate chip mixture, stirring until chocolate chips and marshmallows are melted. Add vanilla and stir until well blended. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan. Refrigerate and let set for several hours.

Use either milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips. I use milk chocolate!
This is the absolute best fudge recipe out there. You never have to worry about it being grainy.
