Brown:
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3-4 garlic cloves, minced

Add, then simmer for 30 minutes:
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 small cans of tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
salt

1 pkg. uncooked rigatoni noodles
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

In a 2 qt. casserole dish, layer:

1/2 pkg. of uncooked rigatoni
1/2 sauce
1/2 cheese

Repeat until all is used. Cover with warm to hot milk. Add cheese to top last. Bake at 325º for 1 hour, uncovered.
