2/3 c milk

Directions:
1st layer: blend flour, sugar, butter and nuts. (make sure butter melts) Bake 350º 15-20 min. in 9x9 glass baking dish until lightly browned.
2nd layer: melt 2 c mini marshmallows in 2/3 cup milk in a double broiler. Cool and fold in 1 c heavy whipping cream (whipped). Pour over cooled 1st layer. Store in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
3rd layer: dissolve 6 oz. package raspberry jello in 1 1/2 c boiling water. Add 2 c frozen berries or 1 package and enough liquid to make 2 c. When putting 3rd layer onto 2nd, let jello mold just a bit so it doesn't blend into the 2nd layer.

about 5 hours because of cooling time (but it's worth it)

Personal Notes:
mixed berries are also great to use instead of just raspberries. good to allow time between layers and to let firm up in fridge once third layer has been added.
